LTM is focused on hiring a Senior Strategic Account Director for the Insurance Services Unit to service a key Insurance client of LTM in Hartford, CT
The Senior Strategic Account Director is accountable for growth, relationship strength and overall performance of the large Fortune Insurance account/s This role will be responsible for growing and expanding senior level client relationships, upselling within the account, managing teams across multiple geographies, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Selling AI, Cloud, Digital, infrastructure and Transformation solutions.
- Collaborates with internal teams, service lines and executive leadership as part of the sales cycle.
- Drives proposal process and participates in proposal development.
- Drives campaigns, events and other pipeline building activities
- Constructs deals in accordance with profitability goals.
- Performs formal deal reviews.
- Meeting success criteria with respect to LTM organizational KPIs relating to CSAT, gross margin and account revenue commitments.
- Running monthly and quarterly business reviews with customer stakeholders
- Facilitates and actively participates in contract negotiations, contract management and closure.
- Develop new relationships with C level executives within the Insurance target accounts.
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
Required Skills /Qualifications:
- Strong Sales skills must be used to Revenue target carrying position.
- Experience/exposure in selling into Insurance firms
- Experience in managing customers, prospects and partnerships.
- Experience in selling IT solutions.
- Solutions-oriented by nature and is consultative in approach to selling.
- Good relationship and networking capabilities
- Creative thinker and deal maker
- 14-18+ years of successful experience selling IT services and Digital services
- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend.
- Capable of dealing at C-level and achieving large order values
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to develop effective presentations with limited support.
Must be willing to travel within the USA and abroad when required.
Pay Range:
Base Salary: $172550 per annum to $200000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
