Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and independence.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all regulatory and certification requirements.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to schedule, working Day Shift, 5 days a week.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid and active occupational therapy license in California.
  
  
• 
  Possess current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of two years recent experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
  
  
• 
  Be flexible and open to working with newer providers pending interview.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
