What You Will Be Doing Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs. This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions. Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with vehicles. Are willing to learn about automotive parts. Want to grow your career in a supportive environment. What You’ll Need Valid Driver’s License. Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Good listening skills and empathy for customers. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership. Experience in auto parts retail, auction, auto body/collision. Knowledge of cataloging or inventory systems. Customer-centric attitude. ASE Certifications. What’s In It For You Great team and brand.
