Sewing hems, pole pockets, and reinforcements on vinyl and fabric materials. Reading and following work orders to meet custom client specifications. Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintaining sewing equipment and keeping a clean, organized workspace. Collaborating with production team members to meet deadlines. What you'll need: Previous experience with industrial sewing machines (required). Experience working with heavy-duty materials such as vinyl, canvas, or mesh. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions. Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
