PHYSICIAN - Neurology - Duluth, MN

NEUROLOGY Clinic – 1.0 FTE

We are seeking a Clinical Neurologist to join our team in Duluth, MN. Our practice is a collaborative neurology group that serves a diverse range of patients and offers opportunities to specialize. Specialties of interest include Movement Disorder and Behavioral Neurology.

Current practice structure includes a comprehensive neuroscience program supported by a team of 9 Neurologists, 1 Stroke Program Manager, 1 RN Stroke Coordinator, 1 Pediatric Neurologist, 4 Clinic Nurse Practitioners, 2 Clinic Physician Assistants, 3 Adult Neuropsychologists, 6 Adult Psychometrists, 4 Pediatric Neuropsychologists, 3 Neurosurgeons, 5 Adult Physiatrists, 2 Pediatric Physiatrists, and 3 Pediatric Psychometrists. The Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center is part of the MN Stroke Network, covering all stroke/intervention services. The neurology unit at Essentia Health’s St. Mary’s Medical Center includes a Neuro Trauma and ICU. The hospital operates a 344‑bed tertiary facility with an inpatient rehab unit at Essentia Health‑Duluth (165 beds). State‑of‑the‑art diagnostic services include electroneurodiagnostics, digital EEG/Video evoked potentials, intraoperative monitoring, depth electrode recordings, a regional sleep disorders center, invasive cardiology, rehabilitation services, and comprehensive CT and MRI.

Location

Duluth, MN – situated at the westernmost tip of Lake Superior, approximately 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Compensation

Base salary: $366,000. Eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based incentives.
