Collaborate with colleagues to share success stories and refine our approach to service. Requirements Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License. Strong track record in relationship-based sales or customer advisory roles. Clear and articulate communication skills, both over the phone and in person. High level of comfort navigating digital tools and office software. Exceptional ability to listen, synthesize information, and present solutions. Deep appreciation for providing genuine service to local families and businesses.
