Service Contract Sales Administrator

LivaNova seeks a Service Contract Sales Administrator in Arvada, Colorado to manage service agreement proposals, contract negotiations, and lifecycle monitoring. The role involves customer-facing interactions requiring contract expertise, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams to support service revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Draft and send service agreement proposals to customers based on equipment monitoring reports
- Monitor contract lifecycles and prepare timely renewal agreements
- Respond to customer and internal requests for proposals and supporting documents
- Review contract language revisions and coordinate with management or legal as needed
- Establish correct future billing in business systems and maintain service contract records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Two years relevant contract administration experience or six+ years without degree
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in contract administration and terminology
- SAP experience preferred
- Inside sales or customer service experience preferred
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 base + discretionary annual bonus
