Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Installers & Service Technicians for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $28$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and rooftop units
• Lead system change-outs and handle tenant improvement projects
• Perform commercial and new construction installations
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate, code-compliant installations

Requirements:

• HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• EPA Certification preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
