The Production Line Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of manufacturing operations. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring production processes, performing quality control checks, assembling components, and packaging final products. The operator will work on rotating, night, or day shifts and is responsible for basic maintenance of equipment. The role reports directly to the Line Supervisor and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process
• Assemble products or components as per specifications
• Monitor processes to ensure consistent output and performance
• Package finished goods accurately and securely
• Perform basic cleaning and equipment upkeep
