Join Our Team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Siloam Springs Health & Rehab!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN seeking an exciting new opportunity? Siloam Springs Health & Rehabilitation, located at 811 W Elgin St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 , is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Position Overview:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support the Director of Nursing in organizing, developing, and overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we provide the highest quality of care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and supervision of the nursing team

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

  • Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain top-tier care quality

  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance professional development

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas

  • Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
