Onboarding Coordinator

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources,information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. We are currently looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Human Resources team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL . Our ideal candidate for an Onboarding Coordinator is someone who has 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities Assisting with the coordination of new hires’ first week schedules by identifying and confirming appropriate meeting times with hiring managers and other relevant team members, as well as participating in onboarding planning meetings to ensure alignment. Supporting the onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees. Helping to improve the overall onboarding process by identifying opportunities for enhancement and collaborating with team members to implement updates. Collecting and processing new hire paperwork, ensuring all required documents are completed and filed correctly. Preparing onboarding materials, such as new hire presentations, paperwork and supplies. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, handling new-hire documentation, and performing additional administrative duties assigned by the HR Director. Primary Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative role, Human Resources experience is preferred. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or another related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information. Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties, your attention to detail stays consistent. Overall strong computer skills, performing efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Planner, and PowerPoint). Demonstrate a creative, efficient, and solution-based mindset.
