Provider Relations Associate

With expertise in specialties such as bariatric, spine, total joint, and general surgery, Luminary Health's network has successfully completed thousands of surgeries. This trusted network is utilized by healthcare referral partners and self-funded employers. Role Description Luminary Health seeks a Provider Relations Associate to start immediately. Luminary Health has a hybrid work-from-home model with offices in South Jordan, UT. Responsibilities Answer ad-hoc questions about Luminary Health's program from the surgeon or the practice's administrative staff. Ensure the practice administrator is aware of all patients who have been referred. Secure single case agreements for reimbursement of outlier surgical services (those surgeries not expressly contracted with the payer). Collect outcome data related to each surgery performed. Resolve any other issues as needed. Qualificiations Organized. Reliable. A hard worker. Experience in the healthcare industry (particularly in a private surgical practice) is a benefit but not absolutely required. Compensation Compensation will be an annual salary between $60,000 to $90,000 or higher per year depending on experience.
