Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Gastroenterologist, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our Gastroenterology practice.

Every day you will provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Gastroenterologist with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

• Provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.

• Contribute to the growth and development of the gastroenterology division within Baylor St. Luke's Health.

• Potential option to invest and partner in joint venture ambulatory surgery center.

• Role involves performing advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP, EUS, and EMR.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k with match.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment

• Completion of ACGME Residency and Gastroenterology fellowship

• American Board Certification and active BLS

Pay Range

$451,092 - $734,501 /year
