Physical TherapistStatus: Full-Time Location: Los Alamos, NM Relocation: Partial Relocation Assistance Available Salary: Salary to be discussed by Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter Bonus: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Visa Support: No Visa Sponsorship AvailableA healthcare facility in northern New Mexico is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and experienced rehabilitation team. This role offers a high level of professional autonomy with a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. The position primarily focuses on orthopedic cases with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The schedule is predominantly Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. There are no night shifts or on-call requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and ongoing assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goalsImplement therapy programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functionUtilize standard physical therapy techniques and therapeutic equipmentSupervise and guide physical therapy assistants, students, and support staffFit and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as neededMonitor patient progress and update care plans accordinglyMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequired QualificationsActive Physical Therapist license in New MexicoBachelor's degree in Physical TherapyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hirePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Physical Therapy or related fieldExperience in orthopedic, inpatient, and outpatient settingsKey Skills RequiredPatient assessment and care planningOrthopedic rehabilitation techniquesTeam collaboration and supervisionClinical documentation and complianceCommunication and patient educationWhy This Location?
