Overview Full‑Time Days and Nights and Flexi Nights (Multiple Positions). This role offers an excellent transition from nursing school into practice, with exposure to complex patients, close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and strong mentorship to support professional growth and confidence. Location Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and flexible nights. Sign‑On Bonus Up to $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus for qualified individuals. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, evaluating patient responses to interventions, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity throughout the treatment process. Education Required RN‑Associate’s Degree RN‑Bachelor’s Degree RN‑Diploma RN‑Master’s Degree License and Certification Required Virginia or Compact Multi‑State License in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire Experience New graduate nurses are welcome to apply.
