The VIP Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales of the company’s sampler package (Vacation Introductory Program) through a structured sales presentation which includes an exit survey conducted on all applicable tours that did not purchase the vacation ownership program during their scheduled tour.

- Salary is based on commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $16 as an advance against commissions. VIP Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week - VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
