Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A seasoned Pharmacy Technician is needed to join a dynamic pharmacy team on a contract-to-hire basis in Orange, CA. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM, providing consistency and balanced work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound IV medications, TPNs, antibiotics, antifungals, and other sterile preparations in weekly batches
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques to ensure sterile product safety
• Maintain full compliance with USP <797> standards throughout compounding processes
• Accurately prepare, label, and manage compounded medications with attention to detail
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality and safety standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of recent, hands-on sterile compounding experience, with expertise in TPNs, antibiotics, and antifungals
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> guidelines and aseptic techniques
• Active and unrestricted California Pharmacy Technician license
• PTCB or National Certification preferred but not mandatory
• Proven ability to work effectively in a growing pharmacy setting with a focus on quality and speed
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence; ability to collaborate with diverse personalities
• Dependable, mature, solutions-oriented, with good judgment and initiative
• Demonstrates leadership potential and contributes positively to team culture
