Job Opportunity: Medical Oncologist
Our organization is actively looking for a skilled Medical Oncologist to join the Division of Medical Oncology/Hematology, in partnership with our Cancer Center, at the Riverside University Health System (RUHS).
The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise across all facets of oncology. The academic rank will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, and we offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the multidisciplinary approach to cancer care for patients at RUHS.
- Contribute to the LLU Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
- Engage in translational research alongside a team of esteemed specialists.
- Participate in the ongoing development of cancer treatment protocols.
- Significant clinical experience in oncology.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- California residency is required upon the start date.
The RUHS site is a key provider of cancer services for the Riverside County community and is part of a larger network of oncology specialties. Our Cancer Center is on track to achieve designation by the NCI, enhancing our commitment to cutting-edge cancer care.
Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $360,000 to $496,000 . This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as specified in the departmental compensation plan. The starting base salary will be adjusted according to experience and faculty rank.
