• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments via telehealth platforms, identifying patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and connection among clients dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and the available community resources to promote understanding and self-management.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Demonstrable knowledge of various mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.
