Data Analyst

Salary: $118,000 - 158,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools for interpreting complex datasets and identifying trends.
• Experience with data modeling and database querying, including SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using ticketing systems, queues, and structured support workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Demonstrates accountability, ethical judgment, initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Collect, validate, and reconcile customer and company data, including month-end reports.
• Prepare standard reports for leadership, customers, and other stakeholders; build custom reports and automate recurring reporting.
• Design product reports and dashboards, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, clear, and actionable.
• Analyze customer performance and data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities to increase loan volume; address recurring data errors.
• Interpret findings to clarify customer behavior, preferences, needs, and performance, and provide regular updates and insights to the team and management.
• Support quarterly business reviews with relevant data and content.
• Engage with Customer Success to gather feedback, understand customer requirements, and identify pain points.
• Create clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Data Specialists, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Loan Accounting to route and resolve customer issues and communicate outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, translating technical or data-related findings into practical explanations.
• Manage Tier 1 support tickets in line with established service levels: acknowledge, triage, prioritize, resolve, and provide timely updates.
• Escalate issues requiring reconciliation or advanced investigation to Tier 2 with complete context and documentation; identify recurring issues and support process improvements to reduce repeat tickets.
• Protect company data, complete required security training, remain alert to potential threats, and verify identities before sharing company information.
• Maintain knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and our supporting policies, and perform duties in compliance with applicable laws and our policies.
