Position Overview: Fitness Coach
As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, your main goal is to ensure every member feels motivated, challenged, and supported. You’ll create a positive atmosphere that keeps members excited for their next workout. 

  Key Responsibilities  

• Lead & Motivate : Instruct members through pre-designed HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and strength workouts.

• Goal Setting : Guide members in setting and achieving personalized fitness objectives. 

• Form & Safety : Monitor and correct exercise form, ensuring an effective and safe workout for all. 

• Workout Science : Understand the principles behind heart rate zone training and stay aware of industry trends. 

• Equipment Mastery : Confidently demonstrate the use of treadmills, WaterRowers, TRX, and free weights. 

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with studio staff to create a supportive, energetic environment. 

 
Requirements  

• Current AED/CPR Certification  

• NCCA-Recognized Fitness Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM) 

• Passion & Energy : A positive attitude that resonates with members before, during, and after class. 

• Communication Skills : Ability to clearly explain exercises, modifications, and proper form. 

• Team Player : Thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment.
