Concrete Laborer

Join our team as a Concrete Laborer, where you will be an essential part of our production and construction efforts. This role requires a hands-on approach to manufacturing large precast construction components, utilizing your skills in both physical labor and tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup duties, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Engage in the physical tasks of cement pouring and stripping.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Assist in the placement of concrete and other necessary materials.
• Label and monitor equipment and tools for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with other crews as needed, contributing to team success.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, twisting, and walking for extended periods.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or heavy manufacturing settings.
• Experience in general labor or construction work.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cressona, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
