Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidenced‑based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based on a full clinical evaluation. Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Treat residents one on one, ensuring individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional‑based treatment approach. Individualize treatment sessions. Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
