Summary Job title: Counter Sales Supervisor Job ID: null Department: Phoenix - CED Location: null-null Description Summary: As a Counter Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for distributing accounts to counter sales team, maintaining will call schedule, organizing retail counter space, organizing vendor days, assisting customers in person and over the phone, entering orders in system, reviewing and pulling orders, and ensuring customers' needs are met in a professional and timely fashion. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: Sales Experience: 5+ year Supervisor Experience: 5+ year Preferred Qualifications: Electrical Sales Experience 10+ Years Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments. Some activities will include lifting (maximum 50 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Essential Job Functions: Supervise counter sales staff & distribute account responsibilities Communicate with vendors regarding "counter days" Manage will call schedule Create Sales Register, pull material from the warehouse, and fill the order Keep counter area and displays clean, stocked, and neat at all times and assist in maintaining theentire location in a clean and orderly fashion Assist with purchasing duties by informing the Purchasing Agent when item inventory is low or sold out Answer sales calls and complete orders over the phone CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $27 to $35 hourly.
