The role involves conducting accurate and timely employment verifications as part of pre-employment background checks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end employment verifications for background screening purposesReach out to employers, HR departments, and references via phone, email, and other communication channelsVerify candidate employment details including job titles, tenure, responsibilities, and reasons for leavingEnsure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and client standardsMaintain proper documentation and update verification records in internal systemsMeet defined turnaround time (TAT) and productivity targetsIdentify discrepancies and escalate issues when requiredHandle sensitive and confidential information with integrityQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (background screening, verification, BPO, or related field preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and quick-learning environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English language)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesBasic proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry systemsPreferred AttributesExperience in employment verification other background screening fulfillment processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProblem-solving mindset with a high level of accountabilityAdaptability and willingness to learn new processes quicklyAdditional InformationWe are an all-remote organisation with ~200+ people spread across the world.
