SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a Float Medical Assistant who brings energy, positivity, flexibility, and a great attitude wherever they go. As a Float MA, you'll support multiple Nashville-area clinics, work alongside different teams and providers, meet new patients, and help keep the day running smoothly. We're not looking for a perfect resume. We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. No MA Certification Required

You'll help create a positive patient experience while supporting our providers and clinic teams. Depending on the day and location, you may: Welcome patients and create a friendly, comfortable experience Take manual patient vitals Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider Prepare and process laboratory testing Maintain lab equipment and documentation Complete quality control documentation Assist with inventory and ordering Support front desk duties when needed Work alongside providers and other clinic team members Help maintain smooth patient flow Jump in wherever you're needed to keep the clinic moving Help make every patient interaction a positive one The goal? Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED At least 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required Phlebotomy experience preferred Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred Must successfully pass a background check Don't meet every preferred qualification? As a Float Medical Assistant, you'll support our Nashville-area clinics based on business needs. You must be willing and able to travel between: Franklin Hendersonville Murfreesboro Clinic Hours

Monday:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday:

7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday:

8:00 AM–12:00 PM 2–3 Saturdays per month are required. When you work a Saturday, you'll receive a weekday off. The Person We're Looking For
