Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider – Stayton, Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-supported outpatient clinic in Stayton, Oregon . This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Position Highlights

• Schedule : 40 hours/week, salaried.

• Team-Based Care : Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others.

• Focus : Provide primary care tailored to the clinic's patient population.

• Initiatives : Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education.

• Technology : EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Oregon.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Family or Internal Medicine.

• Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification.
