Role Overview The Occupational Therapist in Home Health assesses and evaluates patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home environments to develop personalized therapy plans. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services within legal scope, following evidence-based practices and collaborating with healthcare team members. Evaluate patient needs, monitor responses to treatment, and communicate changes to physicians and nurses. Conduct assessments to determine functional ability and plan appropriate interventions. Qualifications & Skills Licensed in occupational therapy within the state. Current CPR certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings and manage multiple tasks independently. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Preferred: MSW, intake experience, and proficiency in managing caseloads. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay ranges from $34.23 to $61.15, with comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, and 401k options.
