Job Title: Training Coordinator II

Location: Fairport NY 14450

Duration: 12 months | Potential to extend OR Convert into full time 

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F 40 hours 

Responsibilties :-

• Maintain accurate training documentation and qualification records while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with production employees, subject matter experts, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to ensure training meets operational and safety requirements.
• Conduct training audits, monitor employee progress, identify skill gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide coaching, tools, system support, and project assistance to Process Training and Qualification Leads and departmental training resources.
• Evaluate and implement training technologies, automation, reporting tools, and system enhancements to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
• Lead or support plant training projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Design, develop, update, and deploy engaging eLearning modules and training materials using appropriate instructional design methods and multimedia tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Manage TrueBlue Learning activities, including training assignments, curricula, employee records, reporting, and user assistance.
• Administer the Dozuki training and knowledge-management platform, including content organization, user access, deployment, and system support.
• Serve as the plant’s Training Within Industry (TWI) trainer and auditor, delivering Job Instruction training, coaching employees, and evaluating adherence to standardized training methods.
• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve plant training programs to support manufacturing operations, employee onboarding, and workforce qualification.
  Required Qualifications:-
• Confidence interacting with production employees, subject matter experts, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical or operational requirements into practical training solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials, eLearning modules, and instructional content using different media.
• Experience administering learning management systems or training platforms, maintaining training records, and tracking employee progress.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, structured on-the-job training, and employee qualification practices.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate classroom-based and hands-on training for employees with varying levels of experience.
• Experience developing, delivering, or administering training programs in a manufacturing, technical, or operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related field.
