Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Hospital Liaison . This position will be located in Savannah, GA . The Full-Time schedule for this role will be 40 hours weekly. Territory covering Savannah, GA, Dublin, GA and Vidalia, GA. Job Summary The Hospital Liaison formulates strategic initiatives designed to support and expand ElevatePFS hospital clients’ outpatient services. This position requires a methodical and tactical approach to territory management, relationship development, and market share growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages territory leading relationship development and new business generation. Identifies and builds relationships with referring physicians, schedulers, and office staff in the primary, secondary, and tertiary service areas, and surrounding communities. Designs and follows a disciplined call route. Makes routine cold calls on new physician offices. Serves as a liaison between the hospital and physician offices to uncover customer needs, concerns, and appreciation. Works with hospital physician liaison(s) to coordinate field activity, market feedback, and follow up tasks. Manages territory strategically to increase the number of referrals to the facility and drive imaging and other OP volumes. Centers call activity and emphasis on physicians or physician groups with significant referral potential. Routinely monitors and gains information on competition in the outpatient marketplace. Benchmarks services against competition. Leads multiple marketing initiatives by developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to creating promotional materials, planning educational and speaker programs, scheduling lunches and out-of-office time with physicians and office staff, etc. Collaborates with the hospital’s Marketing team to plan and execute marketing efforts, focusing on referring physicians in the hospital’s target market. Identifies and researches potential areas of growth. Solicits feedback from referring physicians to understand strengths and weaknesses of services from customers’ standpoint. Identifies areas for improvement and executes plans to resolve problems. Works across departments and with various department personnel to complete tasks and resolve issues. Routinely meets with management, radiology director, other service line Directors, marketing, and radiologists to provide feedback received from customers and market information. Reports on activity level and outcomes of activities and initiatives on a regular basis focusing on volume growth and problem resolution. Researches and stays abreast of news and technological advancements in the field of medical imaging and other designated service lines. Understands and agrees to role‑specific information security access and responsibilities. Ensures safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to the organization’s information security policies. Reads, understands, and agrees to security policies and completes all annual security and compliance training. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 3 years sales experience required, preferably in healthcare or medical device Highly effective organizational and administrative skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities Possess existing relationships with physicians/medical offices in the immediate territory preferred Highly motivated and self‑directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to effectively solve problems and drive results Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and continually improve processes Remote and Hybrid positions require internet connectivity that meet the Company’s upload and download criteria ElevatePFS believes in making a positive impact not only within our industry but also with our employees—the organization’s greatest asset!
