Join the team at WarHorse Gaming as a Beverage Outlet Manager and help lead one of the region’s most exciting entertainment destinations. This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation and success of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance, team development, and memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do Lead, schedule, supervise, train, and develop front-of-house Team Members Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service Drive exceptional guest service while resolving concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, payroll, and departmental budgets Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling and comp procedures Develop promotions and operational strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and health standards Inspect equipment, supplies, and work areas to maintain operational excellence Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations Experience with POS systems and operational programming Financial management, budgeting, and labor control experience Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills & Strengths We’re looking for leaders who demonstrate: Guest Focus Teamwork & Collaboration Initiative Decision Making Professional Communication Ethical Conduct Flexibility & Adaptability Stress Management & Composure Certifications & Licensing This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain: Nebraska Gaming License Food Handler Certification ServSafe Certification TIPS Alcohol Certification This role also includes comp authority and responsibility involving the service and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
