Position Overview:

The Sales Associate is responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's sales systems.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus but not required.
