Associate Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities Support execution of go-to-market strategies for multiple product lines and brand portfolios Analyze POS data and provide insights to support business decision-making Conduct market research and contribute to brand performance analysis Assist in brand activation initiatives across categories such as Action Figures, Plush, and preschool properties Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and marketing Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Support North American Brand Activation lead in strategic planning and execution Maintain and update marketing databases and reporting tools Provide commentary and insights on market trends and performance Ensure timely delivery of brand analysis and reporting projects within deadlines Skills Strong understanding of marketing principles and go-to-market strategies Experience in market research and marketing analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher) Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills Ability to interpret POS data and market trends Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Positive attitude with strong problem-solving mindset Strong organizational and multitasking skills Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related field Experience supporting brand activation or go-to-market strategies preferred Strong analytical and business understanding skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
