About Us:
Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI) is a community-focused Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are opening a brand-new, single-physician family care practice in Ardmore, Alabama. We are looking for an adaptable, high-energy Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who wants to be part of building a clinic from day one and growing alongside our patient base.

The Role:
As the foundational CMA for this startup location, you will work hand-in-hand with our Lead Physician/Provider and Practice Manager to establish a welcoming, efficient environment for our patients. Because this is a startup site, your daily duties will be diverse. You will primarily manage clinical back-office duties (patient intake, vitals, clinical orders), but you will also cross-train to support front-desk operations (answering phones, scheduling) as we scale up our patient volume.
