A trusted regional health system in New England is seeking a spine-focused general neurosurgeon to join its established medical group. The incoming physician will join the region’s premier comprehensive center for spine and cranial treatment. This position offers an immediate opportunity to step into a thriving community practice with robust administrative backing, state-of-the-art operative resources, and a built-in regional referral network.

The new hire will join an established neurosurgeon along with experienced APP support. This role is open to both seasoned physicians and early-career candidates or new grads looking for strong clinical volume, immediate institutional support, and an exceptional quality of life.

Position Highlights

• Surgical case mix is approximately 80% spine and 20% cranial.
• Walk into immediate volume with the opportunity to do 250+ cases per year once established.
• Broad case mix encompassing degenerative spine disease, spinal stenosis, trauma, tumors, and cranial pathologies based on provider interest.
• Fellowship training not required.
• Access to premium operative technology, spinal and cranial stereotactics, and moving towards robotics.
• Support for expanding specialized techniques.
• Collaborative care coordination with neurologists, physical therapists, pain management specialists, and APPs.
• Block OR time available.
• Call schedule will be 1:3 and supported by APP team.
