Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced IR Tech for a travel assignment in Asheville, NC. This specialized role requires previous experience in Interventional Radiology and a work environment that demands high-level skills in a challenging setting. Key Responsibilities of the IR Tech

• Perform interventional radiology procedures including dialysis work, neph tubes, and arteriograms
• Utilize and maintain equipment such as single plane (GE) and biplane (Philips) systems
• Prepare and circulate for neurointerventional procedures like cerebral arteriograms and thrombectomies
• Collaborate with a team of techs and RNs to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Administer moderate sedation and ensure patient safety during procedures

Requirements of the IR Tech

• BLS certification
• Previous experience in Interventional Radiology (scrub and circulate)
• Experience in neurointerventional Radiology (scrub and circulate)
• Desirable: Vascular OR and Cath Lab experience
