Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active MN Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Active ND Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard with volumes typically 10-20 patient visits per day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SNF environments with established caseload volumes.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with an 85% productivity standard.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, five days per week.
• Patient volumes: approximately 10-20 visits per day.
• Weekend coverage: weekend shifts only when agreed upon and part of a planned schedule.
• Required to maintain both MN and ND licenses for coverage of nearby locations.
