Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule Sunday 3-11, Monday 3-11, Friday 3-11, Saturday 3-11 and every second Tuesday mandatory staff meeting 12-2p. Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
