Production Helper

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Change over Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Change over Associate - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Change over Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Avon Lake, OH

Pay Rate: $20.00

Shift: 1:30pm-10pm

What's the Job?

• Perform machine changeover cleaning to ensure efficient startup

• Obtain and verify documentation for each batch, ensuring correct ingredients are delivered

• Set up and operate weigh-up and packaging machinery, adhering to safety and operational controls

• Notify team members of any issues or concerns promptly

• Support production by supplying materials and maintaining equipment functionality

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided

• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally

• Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and perform manual tasks in a manufacturing environment
