The Medical Office Manager will oversee daily operations for a multi-provider specialty and primary care practice, supporting a team of 6–10 employees. Reporting to the healthcare administrator and practice owner, this role will help improve billing accuracy, expand services, and maintain efficient, compliant patient care operations.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations for a multi-provider medical practice.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules for a team of 6–10 employees.
• Oversee patient registration processes and administrative workflows.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare policies and applicable requirements.
• Administer the practice budget and support responsible resource allocation.
• Improve billing accuracy and support the expansion of practice services.

 

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in medical office management.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), medical billing, insurance verification, and practice management software.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance.
• Experience with staff supervision.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
