Coordinator, Creative Operations & Production Join us to apply for the Coordinator, Creative Operations & Production role at Book of the Month . This position supports the Creative team in coordinating and executing various projects, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Editorial, and others. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and manages projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: Translate stakeholder requests into clear, actionable creative briefs. Collaborate with the Manager of Creative Operations to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed project plans using Asana, updating in real-time. Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively across teams. Document notes during reviews and convert feedback into actionable items. Manage external freelancers and resources as needed. Assist in producing content for video, social media, podcasts, and more, bringing your creative perspective. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Clear and direct communication skills, with confidence to ask questions and address tough topics. Ability to anticipate next steps and plan accordingly. Attention to detail and skill in transforming vague requests into polished deliverables. Experience supporting creative needs across copy, design, photography, videography, etc. Understanding of the BOTM brand and ability to serve as a liaison between Creative and other departments. 1–2 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or production (agency or in-house). Experience with video, design, copy, or social media production. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. Passion for books.
