Java Full Stack DeveloperGenesis10 is currently seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.We are seeking an innovative and self-driven Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React, Java/Spring Boot, and Oracle architectures. In this role, you will build and scale robust cloud-native applications, design microservices and REST APIs, and integrate advanced AI tooling like GitHub Copilot to accelerate high-quality software delivery within a secure enterprise environment.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable applications spanning modern frontends (React) and resilient backends (Java, Spring Boot, Oracle)Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices designed for cloud-native deploymentCollaborate on cloud-native application deployment, leveraging modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure workflowsUtilize GitHub Copilot as a core tool to optimize development velocity, code structure, and daily engineering tasksWrite clean, maintainable code accompanied by comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and reliabilityImplement robust security principles, data protection guidelines, and complex entitlement frameworks aligned with enterprise standardsWork autonomously as a self-starter while collaborating seamlessly within a dynamic, cross-functional team with minimal supervisionRequirements:Proven hands-on experience with React (frontend lean) or Java / Spring Boot (backend lean) as a primary competency, complemented by strong secondary full-stack skillsProficiency in Oracle databases, SQL optimization, and backend data modelingDemonstrated ability to build, secure, and scale microservices and REST APIsExperience working on Cloud-Native applications and modern deployment/CI/CD pipelinesHighly proficient in using GitHub Copilot for accelerated development and refactoringStrong commitment to software craftsmanship, including writing automated unit tests and maintaining exceptional code coverageDeep familiarity with enterprise security principles, authentication, authorization, and entitlement modelsPay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
