Assistant Manager Qualifications

3+ years of experience in restaurant management (full-service preferred)
Proven leadership and team-building ability
Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering a strong guest experience
