Job Description We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Associate to support local marketing campaigns through direct consumer outreach and promotional activities. This position involves introducing products and services to prospective customers, communicating campaign messages, and helping increase awareness and interest in featured offerings. The Marketing Associate will participate in scheduled promotional initiatives, interact with consumers in person, and support campaign objectives through product presentations and sales‑related activities. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who enjoys engaging with new people, can quickly learn product information, and is comfortable working in an active, customer‑facing environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in the execution of local marketing campaigns and scheduled promotional activities. Introduce featured products and services to prospective customers through face‑to‑face interactions. Communicate key campaign messages and product information using approved materials. Engage consumers in conversations to understand their interests and purchasing preferences. Present relevant product features and service benefits based on customer needs. Support consumer awareness of current offerings, promotional programs, and product introductions. Explain available pricing options, promotional terms, and purchasing requirements. Assist interested customers with product selection and purchasing or enrollment procedures. Conduct brief product presentations and demonstrations when applicable. Support customer acquisition efforts through professional and informative outreach. Help maintain consistent promotional messaging across assigned campaign activities. Prepare and distribute approved marketing literature and informational resources. Assist with organizing promotional materials and customer presentation areas. Observe consumer responses to featured products and marketing messages. Communicate customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and purchasing interests to team members. Maintain familiarity with current campaign objectives, product details, and promotional guidelines. Assist with documenting basic customer interactions and campaign activity when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, customer engagement, hospitality, or a related field. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers. Ability to communicate marketing messages and product information clearly. Strong listening skills and ability to understand consumer interests. Professional, confident, and approachable communication style. Comfortable presenting products, services, and promotional offers.
