District Manager/Auditor

Job Description

We are seeking a District Manager/Auditor to join our team! You will be responsible for the retail tobacco stores in your assigned district:

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of store managers and clerks
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Hire, train and evaluate store managers
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Conduct inventory and cash audits at assigned stores
Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities

Discount Tobacco Outlets is a locally owned chain of cigarette and tobacco stores in central and south Alabama. FinnWay Express is a locally owned chain of convenience stores in southeast Alabama. We have been in business since 2001. We are looking for someone to lead the day to day operations of our retail stores. Must have management experience, preferably in the convenience store business or another retail sector. Applicants need to be goal oriented able to manage employees and store.
