Therapeutic Associates Gateway Physical Therapy is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our innovative outpatient team. Lead Physical Therapist position is responsible for most aspects of clinic operations, including patient care, professional growth, clinic growth, clinic safety, meeting company standards, and meeting corporate compliance standards. This licensed professional position also covers physical therapy evaluation and assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education and coaching, and graduation (discharge) planning for patients in accordance with established clinical policies while maintaining the highest degree of quality care. As a member of the patient’s health care team, the Physical Therapist assumes responsibility for communication of patient-related issues with other providers involved in the patient’s care and other clinic staff. A Physical Therapist contributes to the growth of the clinic through various relationship-building efforts by providing stellar service to all customers. Ultimately, a Physical Therapist collaborates with patients on defining and achieving their goals and reaching clinical outcomes. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention. Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience. Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. What You Bring Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Compensation Base compensation starts at $88,000 - $98,000+, with a total compensation package of $99,000 - $109,000+ depending on experience and fit.
