Synapse Center for Health and Healing is seeking a skilled Functional Medicine Chiropractor to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. If you are dedicated to root-cause resolution and a systems-biology model of care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Conduct deep-dive functional medicine case reviews and lifestyle analyses.

• Advanced Diagnostics: Order and interpret advanced functional lab testing (e.g., GI-MAP, DUTCH, blood chemistry).

• Personalized Protocols: Design treatment plans utilizing targeted nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle interventions.

• Hands-On Therapy: Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies to support structural and neurological alignment.

• Chronic Condition Management: Manage patient care for gut health, hormone imbalances, autoimmunity, and chronic inflammation.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside MDs, NPs, Acupuncturists, and Health Coaches for integrated patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education & License: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with a valid, active Minnesota license.

• Functional Medicine: Significant training/certification required (e.g., IFM, Kresser, Apeiron, FMU).

• Lab Expertise: Proven experience ordering and interpreting functional lab panels.

• Skills: Strong foundation in clinical nutrition, excellent communication, and a patient-centered mindset.
