DaMar Staffing is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab Coder to join our client’s team. You will code IRF encounters (IRF-PAI, IGC, IRF-PPS/CMG) and manually abstract codes using Meditech Expanse and 3M/Solventum, reviewing extensive notes from multiple disciplines. Ideal candidates have IRF experience, AAPC or AHIMA certification, and a solid grasp of DRG/PCS vs IRF-PAI/IRF-PPS, with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high productivity and accuracy in a remote, #J-18808-Ljbffr DaMar Staffing
