About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting the sales team by reviewing and negotiating customer agreements, with a focus on revenue-generating activities in the Americas, including LATAM. This role requires the ability to lead complex cross-border transactions, monitor and advise on regulatory and compliance matters, and provide training and support to enhance the company's legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least 6-9 years' of relevant experience, and a proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial software and SaaS agreements. Experience in both law firm and in-house settings, particularly at a high-growth technology company, is highly valued.
