About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Quality Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide regulatory compliance oversight, with a focus on global GMP compliance strategy and inspection readiness. This role demands a highly strategic leader who can interface with global health authorities and drive continuous compliance improvement across a complex international manufacturing network. Key responsibilities include serving as the central authority on quality systems, ensuring regulatory alignment, and leading the preparation and coordination of responses to inspection observations. The role also involves monitoring global compliance metrics, overseeing the quality training framework, and guiding the implementation of consistent quality practices across regions. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in global GMP compliance within a multinational pharmaceutical environment, with a proven track record in managing high-stakes regulatory inspections and health authority negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a demonstrated capability in developing sustainable quality systems and driving cultural transformation. The role requires a leader who can strengthen the quality culture, maintain continuous inspection readiness, and ensure the organization is aware of and compliant with evolving global regulatory standards and enforcement expectations.
